Sapphic Cuddle and Nap Jam

You're invited to a Sapphic Cuddle and Nap Jam- an afternoon for us to relax, connect, and rest. You'll be greeted with tea and light refreshments while guests arrive and get settled. Then we'll ground in a space of deep rest with a group meditation. We'll have a short dialogue about what rest means to each of us, what we want to experience in our afternoon together, and if we want to rest solo or with others. There will be time to negotiate with a nap partner/group before we settle in for a restorative 90-minute nap. We'll return to the waking world with softness and ease. The nap will be followed with refreshments and time to journal, meditate, or quietly connect with each other.

What to Expect
