What is Cuddle Therapy?
Cuddle therapy is a professional services using non-sexual touch to foster connection, relaxation, and emotional support. Platonic touch can be a powerful tool for reducing stress, increasing oxytocin (the "feel-good" hormone), and helping us feel seen, safe, and soothed.

Sessions are fully clothed and guided by clear communication, respect, and mutual consent at every step. Cuddle therapy is about honoring your goals, boundaries, pace, and needs.

What is Rope Therapy?
Rope therapy is a gentle, therapeutic practice using rope to foster grounding, deep relaxation, connection and intimacy, and emotional release. Rope therapy integrates rope practice with trauma-informed care and somatic awareness to co-create a non-sexual rope session. Sessions are designed to offer space to reconnect with the body, breath, internal sense of self.

Rope is intentionally used through simple holds and wraps to apply pressure to the body, guide movement and stillness, and support a deepened connection with your body.

What happens in a Cuddle or Rope Session?
All cuddle and rope sessions are strictly non-sexual. This ensures the service remains focused on the safety and wellbeing of the client and touch therapist. Failure to respect this boundary will result in termination of services and a client safety concern report to other service providers.
All sessions include four parts:

Intake & Consent Agreement: Each session begins with a brief check-in and consent agreement. We'll discuss your goals and boundaries for the session. You'll receive a consent agreement before each appointment to review and sign.

Comfort & Connection: We'll co-create a safe space and break the touch barrier through shared breathing, hand holding, and other introductory touches agreed on in the Consent Agreement.

Your Pace, Your Choice: You are in control at all times. You can request changes, take breaks, or end the session at any time. Everything is driven by your goals, your needs, and your healing journey.

Care & Check-In: The last part of the session is dedicated to "aftercare." This includes a verbal check-in, breathwork, and returning to a balanced state. I will check-in with you by text within 48-hours of the session.
