About the event

This workshop blends rope-assisted movement and traditional yoga flow. This practice-in-development supports a deepened mental and physical connection to your body, movement, and your partner. This workshop is ideal for rope and yoga beginners alike. Participants are not required to be familiar with yoga or Shibari to attend this workshop.

What to Expect

Partnered Flow: We will move through a partnered rope-assisted flow twice, giving each person an opportunity to top and bottom.

Chat and Connect: Share your thoughts, feedback, questions, concerns, and ideas with us! This is a practice-in-progress and we embrace every opportunity to “workshop the workshop.”

We recommend participants be familiar with a single column tie and the basics of yoga. This class will not be designed for beginners to Shibari or yoga.
